F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and BRIAN BENNETT; and STACY BENNETT A/K/A STACY ANN BENNETT; and KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 1 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 4923, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
