NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem entered on June 26, 2013, and the Order Re-Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 7, 2013, in Case No. 10-CA-57992, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS PARK PLACE SECURITIES INC., ASSETT BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE SERIES 2005- WCW2 is the Plaintiff, and MAXINE R. GREEN A/K/A MAXINE GREEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAXINE R. GREEN A/K/A MAXINE GREEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COLONNADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTICIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the November 6, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem, to-wit:
LOT 92, BLOCK C, COLONNADE AT THE FORUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, AT PAGES 72 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
