BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 26; THENCE NORTH 25 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHERLY EDGE OF COUNTY ROAD A DISTANCE OF 342.42 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WESTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHERLY EDGE OF THE COUNTY ROAD A DISTANCE OF 90 FEET; THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL TO THE QUARTER SECTION LINE 160 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED COUNTY ROAD 90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 33 OF THE UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF COLLIER AND RUPERT.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 “30 days after the first date of publication” (30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
