RIGGS A/K/A JENNIFER RIGGS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., PARKWOODS V HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER C. RIGGS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
