Poulos, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Solutions Funding, Inc., The Enclave at College Point Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 2 day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 2109, BUILDING 21, THE ENCLAVE AT COLLEGE POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4768, PAGE 951, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
