NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056584 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., 9000 Southside Boulevard, Building 400, Jacksonville, FL 32256, is the Plaintiff over STeven A. Norris and Sandra K. Norris, defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 9 day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
