Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment filed October 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-CA-053842, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS OF JOHN KELLEY AKA JOHN F. KELLEY, et al.,
are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 68 AND 69, BLOCK 71, UNIT 7, SAN CARLOS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, AT PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 13 day of November, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
