NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-053060 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13 is the Plaintiff and RODOLFO ORTEGA; MARIA ALVAREZ; CITY OF CAPE CORAL; SEARS ROEBUCK AND CO., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 13 day of November, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2135, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 32, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
