NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-053515 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Robert D. Applin a/k/a David Applin and Gillian Applin a/k/a Gill Applin, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 300, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 8, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 1 TO 6, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
