NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-055866 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Prime Mortgage Trust, Certificates Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Gidette Jean Pierre a/k/a Gidette Jean-Pierre and Jean V. Dalsume, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, IN BLOCK 1897, OF CAPE CORAL, UNIT 45, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGE 135 THROUGH 150, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
