NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013205 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Karen E. Carranza, Michael A. Carranza, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
