Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 13-CC-7669, Div. I, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4209, BUILDING 4, ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16071, PAGE 1510, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on November 22, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
