NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-032387 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, MARK GERVIS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT 423, OF THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUMS AT TAMPA FLORIDA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THERETO AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16005, PAGE 672, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
