NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2013, that certain real property situated in the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 22, Block 7, WESTCHESTER PHASE 2A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 13, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
