YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
LOT 22, BLOCK 4, SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF EAST 1/2 VACATED ALLEY (BY ORDINANCE RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3758, PAGE 1973, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA), LYING ADJACENT TO AND WEST OF LOT 11 AND LYING BETWEEN THE WESTERLY EXTENSIONS OF THE NORTH AND SOUTH LOT LINES OF SAID LOT 11, AS EXTENDED TO CENTERLINE OF SAID VACATED ALLEY.
