NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014035, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE4, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff and COURTENAY LOPEZ; EDWIN LOPEZ A/K/A EDWIN O. LOPEZ; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this November 5th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
