NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-022344 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and ALBERTO SALCEDO, GLORIDA SALCEDO and TOWNE PLACE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK 1, OF TOWNE PLACE REVISED ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9706 Kings Canyon Place, Tampa, FL 33634.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
