NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008088 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Dream Habitations, LLC, a dissolved Florida Limited Liability Company, Donald Bates, Eva Henry a/k/a Eva Ruth Henry, Teresa Smith, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Sheila Gilbert, Tenant # 3 n/k/a St. Luis Alcius, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK 11, MUNRO AND MCINTOSH'S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO DREAM HABITATIONS, LLC BY DEED FROM EVA HENRY RECORDED 02/01/2005 IN DEED BOOK 14641 PAGE 1047, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
