NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about October 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-013095 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, As Trustee For Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-HE4 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-HE4, is the Plaintiff and Mary Jean Baptiste, Frantz Derose, Helen L. Donaldson, Jane Doe nka Kiana Mays, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Unknown Spouse of Mary Jean Baptiste, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
