Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 30, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 28 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 2, AND THE WEST 28 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 3, AND THE EAST 27 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 14 AND THE EAST 27 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 15 AND THAT PORTION OF A 10 FOOT VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING SAID LOTS AND ALL LYING IN BLOCK 53 OF C.W. PRESCOTT'S ADDITION TO PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK I, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN INDIVIDED 1/4 INTEREST IN THE PARKING AREA OF INGRESS, EGRESS AND PARKING OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 67 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SAID LOT 2, ALL IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 6803 1/2 S WESTSHORE BLVD, TAMPA, FL 33616; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 18, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
