SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and MARIA PILAR RIVERO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 IN BLOCK 17 OF TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 5 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36,PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
