NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 23, 2013 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 94, Block D, PINECREST VILLA ADDITION NO. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 40, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 12th day of November, 2013 on-line at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
