NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-011564-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Sang Connolly a/k/a Sang T. Connolly, SunTrust Bank, Tenant 1 n/k/a Khoi Tran, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 36, BAYOU MANOR 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
