NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-008949-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Aaron Lester, Sandra Lester, Orange Lake Village Residents Assoc., Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Aaron Lester, The Unknown Spouse of Sandra Lester, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK 14, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
