NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-001664-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Alex Diaz, Jr., Cassandra Diaz, The Unknown Spouse of Alex Diaz, Jr., n/k/a Lisa Purdy, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7 OF REPLAT OF CROSS CORNERS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, ON PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
