NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-008130 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Beneficial Florida, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Jack A. Huntley, Lori J. Huntley, Tenant #1 n/k/a Matt Huntley, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL OF LOT 1 AND LOT 2, LES THE EASTERLY 25.00 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK A, OF HILLSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 41 AND 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
