Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated September 18, 2013 entered in Case No. 12-12235-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and PLEA PROPERTIES L.L.C., ARIS LAMBIRIS, ELIAS PAPADOKONSTADAKIS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, and JACOB AUTO ENTERPRISE, INC D/B/A AUTO ENTERPRISE are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on December 18, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT PART OF LOT 53, IN THE SW 1/4 OF 24-27-15 TAMPA TARPON SPRINGS LAND CO., PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LYING SOUTH OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD, AND EAST OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STATE ROAD NUMBER 15 AND WEST OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ATLANTIC COASTLINE RAILROAD, STATE ROAD NUMBER 15 A/K/A STATE ROAD NUMBER 595; AND THAT PART OF LOT 56 IN THE SW 1/4 OF 24-27-15 TAMPA TARPON SPRINGS LAND CO., PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LYING EAST OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STATE ROAD NUMBER 15, WEST OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF ATLANTIC COAST RAILROAD, STATE ROAD NUMBER 15 A/K/A STATE ROAD NUMBER 595; AND THAT PART OF LOT 54 IN SW 1/4 OF 24-27-15 TAMPA TARPON SPRINGS LAND CO., PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LYING BETWEEN ATLANTIC COASTLINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND STATE ROAD NUMBER 595 AND SOUTH OF PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD.
A STRIP OF LAND IN THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, AND BEING THE NORTHWESTERLY MOST 30 FEET OF GRANTOR'S 120 FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY, EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION A MEAN DISTANCE OF 286.52 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT LOCATED 100.00 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF VALLEY ROAD (A 40 FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY); THE SOUTH EAST LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN BEING PARALLEL WITH AND 30 FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF THE CORNER LINE OF GRANTOR'S MAIN TRACK THE LAND HEREBY CONVEYED AND BEING SHOWN ON PRINT OF GRANTOR'S DIVISION ENGINEER DRAWING NUMBER 3087-100, LAST REVISED NOVEMBER 22, 1978.
