NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-011901, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and KATELYN N. TON; THE LAKES, UNIT 2, PHASE 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/KA LOT TRUONG, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95, THE LAKES, UNIT 2, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 79 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THE SAME PREMISES CONVEYED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED 8/19/1997 IN O.R. BOOK 9810, PAGE 1663, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
