NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-012274-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as trustee for WAMU Pass-through certificates, Series 2006-AR1, is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Van Ochten, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7 AND THE EAST ONE-HALF (½) OF LOT 8, IN BLOCK 1, OF L.S. FERNALD'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
