NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA010233XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and MAXINE S. BROWN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 52, FIRST ADDITION TO GATES KNOLL, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
