YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Amended Verified Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 201, Building D, Phase II, BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM I, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 86, Pages 52 through 56, inclusive, and amendments thereto, being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6050, Pages 854 through 929, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jessica F. Watts, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1822 North Belcher Road, Suite 200, Clearwater, Florida 33765, on or before the 18th day of November 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
