NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-000464-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and DOROTHY ROMITO; WILLIAM M. ROMITO A/K/A WILLIAM ROMITO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIMORTGAGE, INC; BRIDGEHAMPTON BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101B, BRIDGEHAMPTON BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 1 THROUGH 5, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 78 AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6104, PAGE 855 THROUGH 958, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
