Pursuant to Section 733.2121, Florida Statutes (2013), notice is hereby given to the creditors of James S. Bromley that he died on September 9, 2013. His estate is being administered under file number 13006325ES, in the Probate Division, Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pasco and Pinellas Counties, Florida, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. The Personal Representative is James C. Bromley, whose address is 105 Pointe Dr., Valencia, PA 16059, and his attorney is Stephen V. Rosin, whose address is set forth below.
All creditors of James S. Bromley, Deceased, must file their claims with the Court within the later of three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, which occurred on October 18, 2013, or thirty days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on them, or be forever barred. All claims and demands not filed within the time required by Section 733.702, Florida Statutes (2013), will be forever barred. Notwithstanding the aforementioned time periods, any claim filed two (2) years or more after the Decedent's death is barred by Section 733.710, Florida Statutes (2013).
