RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 522012CA007378XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ERIK WISTOFT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
That part of Lots 29, 30 and 31 in Block 62 of PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, on page 64, of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida, and as shown on affidavit recorded as PINELLAS County, Florida, Clerk's Instrument #74048858, described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of Lot 22 of said Block 62 run along the Southerly right-of-way line of a 15.00 foot alley by the following two courses: South 81 degrees 21 minutes 58 seconds East, 162.87 feet; thence South 72 degrees 23 minutes 48 seconds East, 301.30 feet for a Point of Beginning. Thence continue South 72 degrees 23 minutes 48 seconds East, 60.00 feet; thence South 17 degrees 36 minutes 12 seconds West, 167.58 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Murphy Avenue; Thence along the Northerly right-of-way line of Murphy Avenue by a curve to the right, radius 401.88 feet, arc 60.78 feet, chord North 63 degrees 33 minutes 23 seconds West, 60.72 feet; thence North 17 degrees 36 minutes 12 seconds East, 158.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
