NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08012321CI of the Circuit Court of the 6 Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Craig B. Riker, Terri L. Riker, John Doe, and Jane Doe the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 55, Roy L. Guy Subdivision, According To The Plat Thereof, Recorded In Plat Book 38, Page 42, Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida.
