NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008173 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Newton Buyi , Shelby Buyi, and Shaakelia Solmone, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Oak Harbor, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 94, as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 672 27th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
