NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed July 23, 2013, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, docketed September 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000761 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST NLC TRUST 2005-2 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff and Dona Champaban a/k/a Done Champaban, and Bounnong Champaban, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10 and the West 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 3, COOLIDGE PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2626 36th North Avenue, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
