NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-004675-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 BC4, is the Plaintiff and John M. Fromme, Jr., Natalie R. Fromme, Tenant #1 n/k/a Sharon Byrd, Tenant #2 n/k/a Crystal Gelinas, Tenant #3 n/k/a Clyde Tacket, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 66, TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, AS FILED FOR RECORD ON MARCH 29, 1888 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OR WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
