NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-008288-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth Szeltner, The Beacon on 3rd Street Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 903 OF THE BEACON ON 3RD STREET, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13222, AT PAGE 2066, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY.
