NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-001035 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and Kenneth F. Grossman; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants; John J. Klein; Eggers and son Roofing and Tile, Inc; Third Federal Savings and Loan Association; and Winding Wood Condominium VII Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 13, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 155C, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions for the Declaration of Condominium of Winding Woods Condominium, VII, as recorded in O.R. Book 4188, Pages 1522 through 1571, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Pages 24 through 27, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
