NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004273 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2004-C, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-C, is Plaintiff and Brandon Bright, Unknown Spouse of Brandon Bright, and Eagle's Glen Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 625, of Building 6, Phase III, of Eagle's Glen Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 5259, Page 1396, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 54, Page 68-77, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
