NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-007397 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2004-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE1, is the Plaintiff and VICTOR J TAVARES AKA VICTOR JOSEPH TAVARES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORPORATION; JENNY BROGAN; SHARON L CASSAN; STEPHEN A CASSAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on NOVEMBER 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BAY RIDGE TERRACE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
