NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 12th day of November 2013, at 10am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 121 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of SEMINOLE HILL VILLAS NO. 5, as recorded in O.R. Book 3056, Page 518, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in condominium Plat Book 3, Page 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less that part described in deed recorded in O.R. Book 4553, Page 1842, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
