You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of October 8, 2013 in the County Commission Assembly Room, Pinellas County Courthouse, Clearwater, Florida, adopted a resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by David A. Blanck, Roy and Jennie Worden and Michael J. Carpenter.

Resolution vacating a portion of a platted 15 foot alley adjacent to Lot 10, Replat of Mohawk Park subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 78, located in Section 03, Township 31, Range 16, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
