NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2010, and entered in 08-016359-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD MYERS; ASSET ACQUISTION GROUP, LLC, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE FOR JAMES RAY; INDIVIDUALLY JAMES RAY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on November 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SHERYL MANOR SCHANZENBACK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
