NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-000908-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-A, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-A under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated Mar 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Kristine Bramble, Marvin N. Cherno, Lisa Dellmore, Tenant #1 N/K/A Kristine Cherno, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A PORTION OF LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK E, NEW PORT RICHEY ESTATES, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 12 AND 13 OF SAID BLOCK E, NORTHERY A DISTANCE OF 72.70 FEET; THENCE PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOTS 13 AND 14, EASTERLY A DISTANCE OF 92.04 FEET TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 14; THENCE ALONG SAID EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE SOUTHWESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 80.02 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 14; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOTS 13 AND 14, WESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 59.78 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
