NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006565WS in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S), WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS OF JOHN PAUL DONNENFIELD, DECEASED NKA ANNE MARIE LUNDE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 31, HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 80 AND 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
