NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009262ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE N. BATTON; PATRICK PARNELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LEXINGTON OAKS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 5, LEXINGTON OAKS, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 57 THROUGH 75 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
