NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003285-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and MARK GOSS, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 332, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 46-49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
