NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 07, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-009727-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH STALTARE A/K/A JOSEPH L. STALTARE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 943, Plantation Palms PHASE FOUR-A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 100 through 102 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
